Abs Blast / Express – 15 min. of abdominal work. Beginner Toning - Designed for both beginners and active older adults. Targets all major muscle groups while utilizing various types of equipment and focusing on proper form. Body Rip - Body Rip is for the fearless...people who want a high calorie burner and a challenge. Intense cardio, arms, abs, and legs workout with high reps and sets. This class will keep you moving from beginning to end. If you want intense, then Body Rip is the class for you. Come join in on this fun and awesome workout!!! Buns & Abs - 30 solid minutes of buns and abdominal work. Cardio Bootcamp (90-minute Cardio?) - A combination of high intensity cardio and strength training, this class uses plyometrics to connect strength with speed to produce power. This is an advance class but, as always, modifications are offered. Circuit Bootcamp - Designed to build lean muscle and improve aerobic fitness simultaneously. You will perform a series of selected exercises in rapid sequence, maximizing fat burning. This class is for the average to advanced athlete and is not recommended for someone with wrist or knee problems. Expect push-ups, squats, lunges, etc. Circuit Training (Circuit Toning?) - Designed for those who like a challenge, but don't do "boot camps". An intermediate class that incorporates strength training and cardio bursts, utilizing body weight and various types of equipment. Front Runners and Trail Blazers - Running Clubs meet Tuesday / Thursday / Saturday. Gentle Yoga - Meant for everyone who wants to benefit from this practice of stretching, strengthening and relaxing yoga. It is a slower paced class that removes any fears or challenges in doing yoga and creates an atmosphere of safety and comfort that fosters self-acceptance. Students with physical limitation are welcome; variations in postures and the use of props are offered to aid in each student’s yoga journey. Interval Step - Fun packed hour of muscle work and step all worked into one total body workout. Kick n' Core - A high intensity cardio workout using kickboxing and martial arts combined with intervals of strength and lots of abs. Modify to work at your own level. All levels welcome. Multi Step - A challenging hour work-out using 2-4 benches, intermediate choreography, and lots of fun. All levels welcome. Muscle Class - 30 minute of muscle conditioning using bars, weights, and balls. Suitable for all work-out levels. Pilatés - The goal of Pilatés is overall body fitness, elongated supple muscles, and balance between body and mind with everything working as a whole. Pilatés workouts focus on developing strength through the core of the body which provides a foundation to work the rest of the body. Pilatés is a very efficient form of exercise because you build strength, flexibility, and coordination at the same time. This class is suitable for all fitness levels. Power Hour - Every Saturday morning, our instructors are on a rotation (check the website calendar to see who is leading this week's class). All that we have asked of them is that whatever type of class they choose to instruct you in, whether it be step, sculpt, kick boxing, or dance aerobics, that it be One Hour of Power! You will have variety each week but, one thing that will be consistent, it will be a great workout each time! Power Yoga - A Vinyasa (Flow) style yoga class focused on advanced poses and transitions. Move through "Vinyasa" with each pose "flowing" into another with synchronized breath. Experience moving meditation in fluid flowing action. Naturally increase full body strength, stamina, and flexibility while calming and steadying the mind. The instructor offers options so students can enjoy the challenge and benefit of each pose at any level. (Because this class moves at a faster pace, it is recommended that new-to-yoga students take a lower level class first to get a foundation of basic poses) Regular Step - Easy to follow choreography for the beginner to the advanced stepper. Spin - an indoor cycling workout where you ride to the rhythm of powerful music. Your team coach will guide you through hills, flats, mountain peaks, time trials, and interval training as you discover your athlete within and reach your endorphin high. Each workout begins at an easy pace to get your legs warmed up and then speed and intensity increase as you work toward your top personal pace. Strength & Power - 45 minute interval training that includes intense cardio and max reps using your own body weight. Stretch & Flex - Regular stretch & flex excises help: improve posture, range of motion, and strength; maintain joint mobility and flexibility; increase balance and stability; assist in stress release; and strengthen joints, muscles, and core. This class will help improve posture by strengthening and opening tight areas of the body, such as the shoulders and muscles of the upper back. It is perfect for golfers, tennis players, and anyone wishing to improve flexibility! Yoga - A hatha-vinyasa blend that promotes total fitness as you build strength, flexibility and balance. Power moves are offered yet many modifications are demonstrated so that everyone can enjoy a complete non-competitive practice in a relaxed environment. Yoga Burn - Yoga for Stress - This is an after work happy hour of stress relieving yoga. Yoga Sculpt - Yoga Flow combined with light free weights and Pilatés to tone and sculpt the whole body while improving flexibility. Offers modifications to ease newcomers, yet includes weights and advanced poses to challenge more seasoned practitioners. Zumba - A high-energy aerobic workout based on dance steps borrowed from merengue, salsa, and other dance styles. Ditch the workout - Join the Party!!!! Zumba Gold - A low impact aerobic workout designed for beginners and active older adults with the party-like atmosphere of a regular Zumba class.
